October 2020: GHC Regular Monthly Meeting - Vitality in City Centers, Part II

GHC welcomed Colin Talbert, President and CEO, and Kimberly Clark, Executive Vice President, of the Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC) to the GHC October Regular Monthly meeting. Colin and Kim provided information to GHC members about the positive economic impact a development authority can have on a community's quality of life. After speaking briefly to the formation, mission, and structure of their organization, they shared information about how the BDC's multiple neighborhood investment projects have increased city revenue and job creation. Additionally, they provided information about project financing tools they have utilized, and the resultant revenue flows with which they continue successful growth and development. Kim and Colin have kindly shared the PowerPoint they used during their presentation here.
