February 2024: Five GHC Members Nominated for Washington County Business Awards

Wednesday, February 28th, marked the 25th Annual Business Awards hosted by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. GHC membership was represented in four of six categories of awards. GHC member finalists were Randy Scott (Chick-fil-a Hagerstown), David Shuster (Horizon Goodwill Industries), Dr. Jacob Ashby (University System of Maryland at Hagerstown), David Lehr (Meritus Health), and Dan Spedden (Visit Hagerstown).
The awards ceremony is always well attended and is just one of the many ways in which our local Chamber recognizes the hard work and achievements of individuals and businesses in our community. We thank Paul Frey, President of the Chamber, another GHC member, for his and the Chamber staff's efforts to make such a memorable night for all the nominees.

Congratulations to the winners of the evening: Randy Scott (At Your Service Award), USMH (Small Business of the Year). The Greater Hagerstown Committee is fortunate to have a membership comprised of so many altruistic, and forward thinking members from our community, and we look forward to celebrating with the finalists and winners from GHC again next year!
